Daniel Kossmann and Donald Kossmann are brothers and have been working together on various projects since 1996. In 1998 they have founded i-TV-T which has been converted to an AG in the year 2000. One of the major projects of i-TV-T was the development of  a finance system for the procurement function. This project was completed for a major FMCG company. As a continuation of this project i-TV-T has developed the K-Method. 

 

Arnt Zimmermann has co-founded in 2000 the cimt group, which has grown to a mid-size IT consulting company with 150 IT experts. The cimt AG has developed K-Vallo, the SAP Software for the K-Method.

  

Donald Kossmann (*1968) , received his Master in Computer Science (Dipl.-Inform.) from the University of Karlsruhe in 1991. He completed his PhD (Dr. rer. nat.) at the RWTH Aachen and his habilitation at the University of Passau. Since 1998 he has been Professor at the TU München, University of Heidelberg and finally at the ETH Zürich. Since 2014 he works as Research Director for Microsoft in Seattle.

 

In 2011 Donald Kossmann was honoured ACM fellow. The ACM (Association of Computing Machinery) is the global association of computer science and awards fellowship to leading computer scientists. Currently 350 persons carry this title of which 5 persons are German citizens. Donald Kossmann received his fellowship for his research on XML and distributed systems.

 

Daniel Kossmann (*1964), received his Master in Computer Science (Dipl.-Inform.) from the University of Karlsruhe in 1989. From 1989 to 2007 he worked for Unilever in various positions in Hamburg, Berlin, Warsaw and Paris. Among these positions he has been Head of Supply Management, Head of Management Accounting, and Finance Director for European Supply Management.

 

Daniel Kossmann works since 2007 as a freelancer and consultant.  

 

 

 

Arnt Zimmermann (*1964), received his Master in Economical Engineering (Dipl.-Wi.-Ing.) from the University of Karlsruhe in 1991. He started his career as an IT consultant working for KPMG Consulting (now: Bearing Point). Since then, he permanentely worked in the field of process optimization and IT implementations. He has managed IT projects with global roll-outs of various sizes and for different industries, gaining special expertise in SAP.

 

Arnt Zimmermann is heading since 2000 the Cologne office of the cimt AG. Additionally, he is the CEO of the cimt services AG, a subsidiary of the cimt AG.
